Why do I need to verify my ID

To ensure safety and reduce the risk of fraudulent activities, we require ID verification. We partner with REAL ID, a trusted third-party provider that encrypts your information end-to-end. Rest assured, your data is never stored, and we cannot access it. The verification process is quick, typically taking only a minute, and is required only once.

At the moment, we only accept credit card payments. We’re actively working on expanding our payment options to offer more flexibility in the future.

All orders are  discreetly packaged, ensuring complete privacy with no indication of the contents. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and typically ship the next business day for orders placed before 5 PM PST. Please note that processing times may extend during peak seasons, such as holidays or promotional events.

In the event of any delay, you will be promptly notified. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with live tracking details to stay updated every step of the way.

Absolutely. Lucid understands the importance of privacy. All our products are shipped in discreet packaging, ensuring a confidential and secure delivery process.

We currently ship orders within the United States, excluding US Territories and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working to expand our reach in the future.

We offer free shipping on all orders above $100. For any order under $100, a flat rate shipping and processing fee of $10. Priority shipping is also available for $20.

To ensure complete discretion, we do not accept returns. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your product, please reach out to us—we’re committed to resolving any concerns and making things right.
